Gaurav Srivastava was Targeted by Niels Troost from their very first meeting

Gaurav Srivastava discusses Niels Troost’s initial approaches with Lara Logan, on her show Going Rogue.

Troost came to see Gaurav not once, not twice but three times while he was on vacation in Bali, and pleaded with him to take a stake in his company and help pivot it away from the Russian oil trade.

A year into the deal, Gaurav discovered through an audit that Troost had continued trading illicit Russian oil behind his back. Troost was subsequently sanctioned for this by the EU, UK, Switzerland and Monaco - and his defense that he thought he was operating under some secret CIA program never held up.
